Nanna Radleys Band
FAQ

FAQ

What time will the band arrive and how long does it take to set up?

We will usually arrive and set-up from 4pm onwards. We like to have 2 hours to set up and sound check but we can do it in an hour and a half if we rush. Difficult load ins (stairs or lifts) may increase this time.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance & is the equipment PAT tested?

We have £10m in Public Liability Insurance and our equipment is fully PAT tested as we know most venues require this!

How long does the band play for?

We either play for 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 miutes as standard depending on what the event needs.

We also offer an acoustic set, which provides the perfect accompaniment whilst your guests are enjoying drinks, or dinner for an extra fee.

Does the band provide music before and between sets?

We're happy to provide music via an iPod between sets free of charge. We offer a DJ service from 7pm to 12am at a small extra charge. People usually find this a space and money saver! The DJ set can be completely customised to fit the tastes and requirements of yourself and your guests. We have stage and dance floor lighting, and playback is from a laptop with professional DJ mixing software and a vast library of songs. One of the band members can take requests on the night and make announcements.

Can I come and watch the band play live before I book?

We don't do many public dates but we play at The Jam House in Birmingham around 4 weekends a year. To see us on one of the rare occasions we have time to play a public gig, check out our social media to see if we have a live date coming up.

Does the band provide their own PA system / Lighting equipment?

Yes, we are completely self-contained so you don't need to worry about a thing. We use a high quality PA system. Our lighting rig consists of cool & contemporary lighting to create the perfect atmosphere.

How much space do you require?

Ideally we would like at least 5 meters in width and 3 meters in depth, but can accommodate if needs be.

What are the minimum power requirements?

We require at least 2 independent 13 amp sockets.

What areas do you cover?

We're happy to go anywhere in the world if the budget allows! We're based in Leicestershire in the Midlands but are happy to travel anywhere in the world!
